Elevator Pitch

Cancer Crusher USA is a fast-paced, momentum-driven action game where players drive a monster truck across the United States, crushing cancer while managing speed, multitasking under pressure, and chaining together high-skill runs.

It’s easy to pick up, hard to master, and built to deliver a tight, satisfying experience in short bursts — the better you play, the faster and more intense the game becomes.

What Makes It Different

Cancer Crusher USA is built around a simple but powerful loop:

  • The player is always moving forward

  • Crushing cancer increases speed

  • Increased speed makes the game harder

  • The player must maintain control while targeting enemies

The result is a self-escalating system where skill directly increases intensity.

This creates a constant tension between:

  • survival

  • precision

  • performance

Players are not just trying to finish a level — they are trying to perform as well as possible under pressure.

Core Gameplay

Cancer Crusher USA is not a racing game. It is a forward-moving 2.5D action experience focused on multitasking and control.

Movement is largely automated, allowing players to focus on:

  • positioning

  • obstacle avoidance

  • targeting enemies

Targeting System

Players use a mouse-controlled cursor to interact with enemies in the background:

  • Tap to launch fireworks at a single target

  • Hold the button and sweep across enemies to lock onto multiple targets

  • Release to launch a burst of fireworks at all selected targets

This system allows players to quickly engage large groups of enemies without slowing down the pace of the game.

Multitasking Under Pressure

The core challenge comes from dividing attention:

  • Avoiding obstacles in the player’s path

  • Rotating around surfaces to stay safe

  • Targeting enemies in the background

Focusing too much on one will cause the other to suffer.

This creates a natural, readable form of difficulty that scales with player skill.

Level Design and Environments

The game takes players on a cross-country journey across the United States, starting in California.

Golden Gate Bridge (Demo Level)

The first playable level introduces the core mechanics while crossing an iconic landmark.

Ribbon Roads

Smooth, flowing sections where the player focuses on targeting background enemies while maintaining momentum.

Tumor Tunnels

Circular environments where the player rotates around the track while being chased by flying enemies, requiring constant movement and awareness.

Helix Highways

Large cylindrical roads where the player is magnetized to the surface, rotating around the structure while avoiding hazards and crushing enemies.

These sections often lead into large underground cave systems, increasing scale and intensity.

Enemies and Encounters

Cancer Crusher USA features multiple enemy types that create dynamic encounters:

  • Static tumors on the road

  • Flying enemies that pursue and attack

  • Rotating spike hazards

  • Large enemy monster trucks that chase the player

During chase sequences, players must:

  • switch lanes

  • maintain speed

  • launch fireworks to slow enemies down

Momentum System

Crushing cancer is directly tied to movement:

  • Road targets provide immediate speed boosts

  • Destroyed enemies generate energy that returns to the player, extending momentum

Speed boosts are short-lived, requiring players to continuously perform well to maintain high speed.

This creates a loop where:

  • better play increases speed

  • increased speed raises difficulty

Scoring and Progression

Each level ends at a hospital, where players are rewarded with a firework celebration.

Performance is based on:

  • total cancer crushed

  • efficiency of targeting

  • consistency of movement

Perfect runs are possible, but not required to progress.

The game is designed around replayability and personal improvement rather than strict completion barriers.

Visual Style and Presentation

Cancer Crusher USA features a dynamic presentation with constant forward motion.

The camera shifts between:

  • side-scrolling perspectives

  • third-person views

This creates a sense of scale and movement that makes the game engaging to watch as well as play.

Mission

Cancer Crusher USA is part of a broader commitment:

50% of all gross profit from game and merchandise sales will be donated to cancer-related charities.

The goal is to create a game that is both entertaining and meaningful, without compromising gameplay.

Free copies of the game are also planned for hospitals and cancer patients.
